Virtual Economy & Activity Data
Virtual currency balances (checking and cash), transaction timestamps, shop purchases, lottery participation, looting records, and quest/task submissions.
Referral & Invite Data
Timestamps and associations between inviter and invited user IDs to calculate server referral rewards.
Security & Moderation Data
Records of blacklisted user IDs, usernames, and reasons logged by server administrators to protect partner communities against scams and raids.
Support Ticket Transcripts
Message history in support channels is collected solely upon ticket closure and compiled into a transcript file posted directly into the respective server’s private staff log channel inside Discord. We do not store message contents in an off-platform database.
How We Use Your Information
The data collected is used solely to:
- Track and manage virtual balances, leaderboards, and server economies.
- Verify task submissions, social media raids, and referral rewards.
- Enforce server security, anti-spam thresholds, and member verification.
- Allow server staff to review support tickets and resolved inquiries.
Our Privacy Guarantee
We never sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties, nor do we use any message data to train AI or machine learning models.
Data Storage and Security
All persistent application data (such as user balances, settings, and quest records) is stored in secured, password-protected databases.
Message content evaluated for chat rewards is processed transiently in volatile memory (RAM) to check character length and is immediately discarded.
Third-Party Services
The Service interacts with:
Subject to Discord’s data guidelines and policies.
Used strictly to verify public interactions (likes, retweets) for reward eligibility when a user opts into social raid events.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Data is retained for as long as the bot remains in the respective server or until the server administrator resets server data.
Right to be Forgotten (Data Deletion Requests)
You may request the deletion of your stored user data, activity history, and virtual balances at any time by contacting us directly in our official Discord Support Server. Simply open a support ticket or reach out to our staff with your Discord User ID.
Upon verification of your request, your user records and associated activity data will be permanently removed from our databases.
