Terms of Service

By inviting, adding, or using Best Engage Buddy (“the Bot”) in your Discord server or participating in its features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Bot.

Compliance with Discord Terms

You agree to use the Bot in compliance with Discord’s Terms of Service and Discord’s Community Guidelines. Any activity that violates Discord’s policies is strictly prohibited.

Virtual Currency and Economy Disclaimer

No Real-World Value

All currency, points, tokens, loot, items, and rewards generated, awarded, or tracked by the Bot are strictly virtual assets meant for entertainment and community engagement within Discord.

Virtual currency has zero monetary value in the real world and cannot be redeemed, sold, refunded, or exchanged for fiat money, cryptocurrencies, or real-world goods.

We reserve the right to modify, adjust, or reset economy parameters, balances, or server data in the event of exploits, bugs, or system migrations.

Acceptable Use and Anti-Exploitation

Users and server administrators agree NOT to:

Use automated scripts, macros, self-bots, or spam bots to farm chat rewards, reactions, or tasks.
Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics within the Bot. Any discovered bugs must be reported directly to our support team.
Attempt to bypass server security, rate limits, or verification systems.
Use the Bot to distribute illegal, hateful, malicious, or harassing content.
Violation of these rules may result in a permanent blacklist from the Bot across all servers.

Availability and Service Modifications

The Bot is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, bug-free, or error-free operation. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend, update, or discontinue any feature without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developers and operators of Best Engage Buddy shall not be held liable for:

  • Loss of virtual currency, items, or data resulting from server resets, software bugs, or bot downtime.
  • Actions taken by individual server administrators (such as bans, role removals, or balance resets).
  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Bot.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to the Bot for any user or server found violating these Terms, attempting to exploit the service, or engaging in abusive behavior.
